(Columbia, SC) -- The Richland Two School District is taking action after an employee apparently got physical with a student.
An employee at Ridge View High School is on leave after yesterday's incident inside a classroom.
Video shows the man and a 15-year-old student punching and grabbing each other.
The employee has not been identified, and school officials aren't saying if he's a teacher.
