(Rock Hill, SC) -- The Panthers are on the move to South Carolina.
Governor Henry McMaster yesterday signed a bill that gives the team incentives to move its headquarters and practice facility to Rock Hill.
The bill signing ceremony took place in front of thousands at Fountain Park.
Panthers owner David Tepper says having a presence in Rock Hill will allow the region to showcase itself for years to come.
