Judge Orders Halt To Vote On New USC President

(Columbia, SC) -- A vote today that could have determined USC's next president won't take place.

A judge yesterday issued a temporary restraining order to stop the vote by the school's board.

Governor Henry McMaster called for the vote in an effort to get Robert Caslen installed as USC president.

A board member who opposes Caslen's hire requested the restraining order because, he says, board members weren't given enough notice.
