(Columbia, SC) -- A man is accused of stealing a car with a child inside in Lexington County.
A woman claims her three-year-old son was inside her car at a gas station on Highway 6 recently when it was stolen.
The boy was found safe inside the car about 20 minutes later and returned to his mother.
Roberto Lee Herrera was arrested and is expected to face charges.
