Traffic from the airport to Highway 302 will stopped, and other closures are expected, ahead of the President's 2:30 p.m. speech on the Columbia campus.
Tickets to see him are already sold out. There is still space available to see other speakers at the Second Step Presidential Justice Forum this weekend, including a number of Democratic presidential candidates.
