South Carolina Ranked #4 For Pedestrian Death In U.S.

(Charleston, SC) -- A new survey ranks South Carolina as a state with a high number of pedestrian deaths. 

Carinsurance.org analyzed five years of Fatality Analysis Reporting System data to support the findings. It shows pedestrian fatalities increased by 25-percent from 2013 to 2017 across the nation. 

South Carolina was reported to have the fourth highest amount of these tragedies.
