(Columbia, SC) -- A South Carolina Highway Patrol captain is retiring amid internal investigations.
It was confirmed this week that Stacey Craven retired. He is accused of helping a Clemson University donor avoid a DUI charge in 2014.
An internal investigation continues, but the Lexington County Solicitor said he does not have enough evidence to file an obstruction of justice charge against Craven.
