Former School Resource Officer Accused Of Assaulting Student Granted Bond

(Columbia, SC) -- A former Richland County Sheriff's deputy has been granted bond.

Jamel Bradley is accused of sexually assaulting a Spring Valley High School student in 2018 while working as a school resource officer.

A judge granted a 10-thousand dollar cash surety bond for Bradley yesterday.

If he posts it, he'd have to wear a GPS tracking device and is not allowed to contact the victim.
