(Sumter, SC) -- A Headstart instructor in Sumter is facing charges for unlawful conduct toward a child.
Sixty-seven-year-old Gladys Ricks was arrested this week after two incidents involving three-year-old boys.
Neither boy was injured, but the school does not permit physical contact with students. Sumter Police say they have cell phone video of the alleged incidents.
