Deputies in Richland County are seeking a suspect that fled a traffic stop.
A deputy pulled a car over on Sprott Street around 3 p.m. yesterday, but the two people inside ran. Since then, the 17-year-old driver has been arrested.
Police are still looking for the passenger that got away, and they say two guns and drugs were found in the vehicle.
