(Richland County, SC) -- A 17-year-old is facing charges for a shooting.
The Richland County Sheriff's Department says a 15-year-old girl was shot and injured at the 8700-block of Windsor Lake Boulevard on January 17th.
Ja'cobi Worthy is charged with attempted murder and possession of a pistol under the age 18 in connection to the shooting.
He initially told officers he shot the girl on accident while playing a game.
