(Columbia, SC) -- The transition to a new electronic benefit card for South Carolina families is complete.
The new electronic cards are offered by the Women, Infants, and Childrens program.
It's a paperless way to access monthly food benefits. The transition from paper checks to the new e-WIC card started late last year.
