(Lexington County, SC) -- A Lexington County man is accused of possessing and distributing child pornography.
Fifty-four-year-old Fred Rufus Kerr Junior was arrested Friday on five counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor and ten counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Kerr faces up to 150 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
