(Columbia, SC) -- Prisma Health will be acquiring Kershaw Health and Providence Health.
It was announced yesterday that Prisma Health Midlands would be taking over the Camden and Columbia locations.
This would add three new hospitals to Prisma Health Midlands-- Providence Health, Providence Health Northeast, Kershaw Health, and an emergency room in Fairfield County.
The acquisition is still pending.
