South Carolina Receives Failing Grade Based On Social Distancing Data

(Charleston, SC) -- Cellular data shows South Carolina residents may not be social distancing properly.

Unacast.com used the data to determine how mobile people are, and how many are gathering in large groups. They gave South Carolina a failing grade.

Charleston was the only county to receive a B-grade because of restrictions put on beaches.
