(Richland County, SC) -- The Richland County Council is moving forward with funding for personal protective equipment.
They approved one-point-five-million dollars in aid for first responders. Additional funding will go to providing food for seniors and those with low-to-moderate income.
Another 500-thousand dollars will go to a rapid response and emergency relief program for small businesses.
