Myrtle Beach Rescinds Emergency Order, Reopens All Beaches

(Myrtle Beach, SC) -- Myrtle Beach is reopening all of the city's beaches.

The city rescinded its emergency order yesterday. The order called for social distancing and discouraging gatherings of three or more people.

Governor Henry McMaster announced last week that beaches could reopen, but left the final decision up to local governments with many major beaches, including Myrtle deciding against reopening at the time.
