(Columbia, SC) -- The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles is reopening today.
Sixty-six branches will be available to customers by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled online, and many services are now available as online transactions.
In-person branch visitors will be required to practice social distancing-- and the number of customers in a branch at a time will be limited.
