(Columbia, SC) -- The University of South Carolina will start in-person instruction again in mid-August.
The school announced the Columbia campus will reopen to students for the Fall of 2020. The decision was made by the university's Future Planning Group.
They will let students, faculty, and staff return in phases over the summer.
