Governor Henry McMaster has announced the reopening of close contact businesses as of 12:01AM Monday, May 18th.
At that time barbershops,hair and nail salons,massage parlors,gyms and other fitness facilities may reopen with social distancing and hygiene restrictions.
Pools and athletic fields may reopen as well.
The Governor also announced the state government workers who had been deemed “non-essential” would begin to go back into government offices in phases with the first group heading back to work no later the June 1st.
