(Columbia, SC) -- Soda City is reopening with new guidelines for vendors.
The popular downtown Columbia event returns this weekend on Main Street. They posted a long list of suggestions and changes to keep everyone safe.
That includes having vendors wear masks, gloves, and prevents handing out unwrapped samples as well as hand to hand contact.
