Myrtle Beach City Council To Consider Face Coverings Proposal

(Myrtle Beach, SC) -- Myrtle Beach may soon require face coverings in public.

The City Council will consider a proposal at a special meeting on Thursday morning. If passed, it would require a cloth face mask inside of retail and food service establishments.

It would also mandate face coverings be worn in enclosed common areas of overnight accommodations like hotels, motels, rental properties, and private campgrounds.
