High School Sports Being Pushed Back In South Carolina

(Columbia, SC) -- High School sports will be delayed in South Carolina.

The S.C. High School League Executive Committee approved a proposal yesterday that pushes the start of fall sports competition back until at least September.

This means fall sports could begin as early as September 1st or as late as October 2nd.

The approved proposal pushes back the start of practices from July 30th to August 17th.
