Man Charged In Connection To Boat Crash That Killed Two People

A man is being charged in connection to a fatal boat crash in Newberry County. 

Twenty-six-year-old Dylan Steele faces felony DUI charges and is accused of operating a vessel with no running lights after sundown. Police say he was operating a boat that collided with another boat on the Broad River waterway Saturday night, killing two people on board. 

Autopsies are pending for 27-year-old Jamie Lindler of Chapin and 28-year-old Andrew Bunnell of Irmo.
