State Supreme Court To Hear Arguments In Lawsuit Against Gov. McMaster

(Columbia, SC) -- The South Carolina Supreme Court will hear arguments in a lawsuit against Governor McMaster. 

His plan to use most of the 32-million dollars of Governor's Emergency Education Relief funds to provide grants to help students attend private schools has temporarily been blocked. 

Arguments will be heard by the state Supreme Court in the case on September 28th.
