(Columbia, SC) -- The Department of Health and Environmental Control is releasing new data on coronavirus cases in schools.
As of yesterday, there was a cumulative total of 622 cases reported in K through 12 schools in South Carolina. This includes both private and public schools.
Of the cases, 423 were students and 199 were employees.
