(Charleston, SC) -- A man is facing charges after allegedly threatening a police officer.
Daryl Malloy was pulled over on August 31st after being seen driving away from an area in Charleston where there were reports of shots fired.
A crowd started to form around the officers, and Malloy allegedly said he would slap an officer.
He's charged with disorderly conduct and threatening the life, person or family of a public official.
