(Columbia, SC) -- Richland School District One is being sued by a parent.
The lawsuit alleges that a five-year-old Brennan Elementary School student was sexually assaulted on a school bus multiple times in February.
The assault was reportedly committed by an older male student.
The lawsuit is seeking actual, incidental, and consequential damages for negligence, outrage, premise liability, and negligent supervision.
