Ten Counties Must Change Signature-Matching Policies Under Federal Ruling

(Orangeburg County, SC) -- Orangeburg County will have to change voting policies after a federal ruling in Charleston. 

A federal judge ruled that county election offices could not have "signature-matching" policies to disqualify absentee ballot votes. 

Orangeburg County is one of ten counties that reported having these policies in place. 

The other counties are Spartanburg, Greenville, Anderson, Clarendon, Allendale, Georgetown, Greenwood, Laurens, and Marlboro.
