(Columbia, SC) -- The University of South Carolina is parting ways with Will Muschamp.
The head football coach was let go in his fifth season after a 2 and 5 start.
Muschamp was the only head coach to take the Gamecocks to bowl games in each of his first three seasons.
The school says the search for the next head coach begins immediately.
