(Lexington County, SC) -- A Cayce man is in custody after a gunfire exchange in Lexington County on Saturday.
Twenty-two-year-old Christopher Costello is accused of firing a few rounds at people, including a former girlfriend and a concealed weapons permit holder.
The concealed weapons permit holder fired back in self-defense, hitting Costello, who suffered a non-life-threatening injury.
Costello is charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
