(Columbia, SC) -- Construction is beginning to renovate the historic Babcock Building in the BullStreet District of Columbia.
This comes after a three-alarm fire destroyed some of the building in September. The cupola will be replicated over the next three years.
The project is expected to cost around 55-million dollars.
