Federal Civil Rights Complaint Being Filed Against Clemson University

(Clemson, SC) -- Clemson University is facing a Federal Civil Rights complaint.

It alleges that the school is in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This comes after the men's track and field and cross country programs were discontinued.

The complaint was created by Russell Dinkins, an athlete and activist who believes cutting the program targets African American athletes on campus.
