(Gilbert, SC) -- A South Carolina man is accused of threatening a former assistant U.S. attorney.
James Giannakos of Gilbert is facing federal charges of making interstate threats. Court documents say Giannakos left a voicemail for the former assistant U.S. attorney that threatened her and her family on January 28th.
He is due in court on February 11th.
