(Columbia, SC) -- DHEC will consider the demand for the COVID-19 vaccine when determining when to move on to Phase 1B of the rollout.
Instead of looking at the percentage of people who have received the vaccine, the agency will adjust their plan when Phase 1A demand starts to fall.
DHEC says they want to make sure those most at risk are prioritized for the vaccine.
