Tourism Numbers Begin Bouncing Back In South Carolina

(Columbia, SC) -- Spring and summer bookings are up for the Grand Strand.

Myrtle Beach is one of several coastal cities seeing more last-minute bookings for weekend visits.

The South Carolina Director of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism believes the state's tourism industry will bounce back by the end of the summer.

Charleston County officials say they are also seeing more hotel bookings on the weekends.
