(Columbia, SC) -- The City of Columbia is extending its face mask ordinance for another 60 days.
That means residents will now be expected to wear face coverings in most public spaces until May 15th.
Some measures to strengthen the ordinance were considered in February, but none have been added at this time.
Columbia's mask mandate first went into effect on June 26th.
