(La Mesa, CA) -- A U.S. Navy sailor from South Carolina is dead.
Twenty-two-year-old Corneilius Brown was shot to death at his apartment over the weekend while stationed at a Naval Base in San Diego. He was on active duty.
Police are still investigating what happened, but believe two suspects in ski masks came to Brown's apartment, with one opening fire when Brown came to the door.
