NWS Says Tornado That Hit Upstate Counties Was EF2

(Abbeville County, SC) -- The National Weather Service is releasing new details about a tornado that hit two Upstate counties. 

An EF2 tornado was on the ground for nearly an hour Monday afternoon. It hit between Abbeville and Greenwood counties, reaching speeds of up to 125 miles per hour. 

One person was injured when blown off his back porch.
