(Columbia, SC) -- South Carolina lawmakers are passing a bill that would allow residents with concealed weapons permits to carry their guns in the open.

The "Open Carry with Training" bill is heading to Governor McMaster to be signed after passing in the House on an 83 to 34 vote.

It had previously passed in March, but had to be reapproved by the House after changes were made in the Senate.
