(Calhoun County, SC) -- The Calhoun County School District is suing e-cigarette company Juul.
In a lawsuit filed late last month, the district accuses Juul of targeting minors in advertising. They also say the company created a public nuisance that impacted kids in Calhoun County.
Some school districts in the Palmetto State are already part of a class-action lawsuit filed against Juul.
