Fourth Business Executive Charged In Failed Nuclear Reactor Plan

(Columbia, SC) -- Another businessman is being charged for the failed project at V.C. Summer plant. 

Former Westinghouse Electric Co. executive Jeffrey Benjamin is accused of fraud and conspiracy. 

He's the fourth to face criminal charges stemming from an investigation into the multi-billion-dollar plan to build two nuclear reactors in the Palmetto state. 

Benjamin is accused of lying to utilities about the project's shortcomings.
