Former SCANA Corp. CEO Sentenced To Federal Prison

(Columbia,SC) -- The former SCANA Corporation CEO will spend two years in federal prison. 

Kevin Marsh was sentenced Thursday after pleading guilty to federal conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud in connection to two South Carolina nuclear plants that never generated power. 

Under a plea agreement, Marsh paid five-million dollars in federal forfeiture. 

He will have to spend a three-year term of court-ordered supervision after he's released from prison.
