Alex Murdaugh Booked Into Detention Center In South Carolina

(Richland County, SC) -- Alex Murdaugh is back in South Carolina. 

The prominent Lowcountry lawyer was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center on Saturday after being extradited from Florida. 

He's facing two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses in connection to the death of the Murdaugh family's housekeeper in 2018. 

Murdaugh is accused of not paying a settlement to Gloria Satterfield's family.
