Gas Prices At Seven Year High In South Carolina

(Columbia, SC) -- Gas prices are at a seven-year high in South Carolina.

GasBuddy reports a state average of three-dollars and eight-cents for a gallon of gas as of Monday.

Auto club Triple-A says the price and availability of crude oil is causing the surge.

It's trading at 82-dollars a barrel this week, compared to costing closer to 60-dollars per barrel in August.
