(Columbia, SC) -- A projected winner is being announced for Richland One School District's special election.Â
The Elections Commission says Robert Lominack is projected to win the Commissioner seat left vacant by Yolanda Anderson's resignation.Â
Lominack had 64-percent of the votes shortly after 10 last night, with 94 of 96 precincts reporting.Â
He beats out two other candidates-- Jim Manning and Hamilton Jacobs.
