(Columbia, SC) -- New indictments are being announced against Alex Murdaugh. The suspended attorney now faces 27 counts.
This comes after the South Carolina State Grand Jury issued five more indictments Friday, charging Murdaugh with breach of trust with fraudulent intent, obtaining signature or property by false pretenses, money laundering, computer crimes, and forgery.
The charges come from five different South Carolina counties.
