Wilson Appealing COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate To Supreme Court

(Columbia, SC) -- South Carolina's Attorney General is appealing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more employees. 

On Friday, a federal appeals court ruled that the mandate can take effect in January. 

Attorney General Alan Wilson is joining 26 other states and several companies in appealing to the Supreme Court. 

Their appeal was filed just before one Saturday morning.
