(Orangeburg County, SC) - A man is facing charges after a seven-year-old child suffered severe injuries in Orangeburg County.
Police say the child had broken bones, cigarette burns to his body, and injuries to his heart and brain in December.
Thirty-two-year-old Chester Saylor Junior has been denied bond.
The Sheriff's Office say its the second time Saylor has been charged with injuring a child, with the last time involving a two-year-old who suffered burns in 2019.
