Waiver Submitted To Move 12-Year-Old School Shooting Suspect To Adult Court

(Greenville County, SC)-- A waiver is submitted to move a 12-year-old suspect in a school shooting to adult court in Greenville County. 

The suspect is accused of killing 12-year-old Jamari Jackson, who was shot inside Tanglewood Middle School on March 31st. 

A family court judge is expected to decide if the case will be moved from juvenile court to general sessions court. 

The suspect remains at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice in the meantime.
